You mentioned in your recent update that once we submit an entry help would be available to make sure we are ready for the judges. Who would we contact to receive that help?

Once a project is submitted, Devpost has a private message dialog for you to talk to the event admins, myself and others here. We can review the submission and suggest changes if it looks like something is missing or invalid. We've had a few instances we've helped catch and clean up so far.

Is it possible, to do a partial submission and then keep adding to it before the deadline or is the submission final when the button is pushed?

Yes, you can submit, and edit your submission before the deadline.
