Phase of development for entry

Sorry to go back to this but we just want to make sure what we submit will be sufficient. Our product is in development and has some key features working, but it will not have complete functionality or styling by the Dec. 1 date, so it will look very different than what the finished product will look like. Our understanding from your answer to the "Working Prototype" discussion and from the Webinar is that you will welcome anything in early development as long as it has working code and is somewhat operable. The product can still be "rough", as long as we can convince the judges that it will be an awesome product and solve a real problem in the industry. Does this sound right?

No rules prevent continuing development, in fact, we encourage it. However, judging starts the day after Dec. 1, and will be based off what they see submitted at that time, so please make that really count. There is no opportunity to add additional information or videos for the judges to consider. That said, if the product improves before the judges take a close look, that will be considered. This is especially true for the final round of judging that happens in February.
