Hello there!

We're based in the UK but our North American manager is freelance from Quebec at the moment. All applications and/or prizes, if received, would originate and be addressed as per the UK. Can you confirm Devpost's response below. Thanks very much.

"Typically, if the person or organization who owns the application and will be receiving any potential prize resides in an eligible country, then they would be eligible to take part in the competition. However, please post your question to the challenge discussion board so that the rootstech managers can confirm this for you."

    We resolve this privately, but I'll share the summary here. Basically, regardless of a persons location, as long as they enter the challenge as a company within a legal jurisdiction (per the rules), you should be ok to enter. So in this case, you need to submit your project as the UK company, not the Quebec individual.
